Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you receive a bouquet that does not meet our quality standards or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for quality issues or errors on our part. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
